2018 Newport Folk Festival Poster

The historic Newport Folk Festival in Newport, Rhode Island has been taking place since 1959, so we were honored to create the official poster for the 2018 edition of the festival. The festival is very much a product of its picturesque environment, and we were inspired by nearby landmarks like the Goat Island Lighthouse and the Claiborne Pell Newport Bridge, along with a few fantastical elements added in to capture the magical nature of the festival. 

The poster is an 18” x 24” three color screen print on 100lb Cougar Natural cover stock with a signed and numbered edition of 1,050 (only 50 of which are available online). The 2018 Newport Folk Festival Poster will be available today (Monday, July 30th) at 12pm PST in the DKNG Store while supplies last.
