Almanac Beer Co. Peach Galaxy

The much anticipated fruit forward brother of Almanac’s Tropical Galaxy is here, and we were honored to put a peachy spin on the packaging! Peach Galaxy is a dry-hopped sour farmhouse ale aged in oak barrels with peaches and spices. The Almanac galaxy series of beers inspired us to pursue a 1960s sci-fi style of illustration, and this new twist on the label includes plenty of new peach inspired touches as well as a new peach color scheme. You can check out our original Tropical Galaxy label here.

Peach Galaxy is now available at the Almanac Taproom in San Francisco, the new Almanac Brewery in Alameda, and available throughout the country wherever finer beers are sold.

From Almanac:

“Peach Galaxy is an intergalactic flavor odyssey! This stellar brew started with a blend of farmhouse Brettanomyces ales fermented with our house sour culture and aged in oak barrels. Next, 6,000 lbs of organic yellow peaches from Blossom Bluff Orchards in Northern California were added to the barrels to mature for several months. The beer was finished with a touch of coriander and a heavy cosmic dry-hop of Galaxy and Citra. The finished beer has an IPA-style aroma, backed by tart peach skin flavors and hints of gummy rings. Pair this out-of-this-world elixir with grilled ribs, ceviche, and peach coffee cake.”
